The conference program can be accessed online and will be updated regularly during the conference:
The short program is also available online. It will also be made available to all participants in the conference package. The short program was sent to print two weeks ago and does not include some last minute modifications to the program. Use the online conference program or the app for the latest version.
The book of abstracts is available online and will be distributed to the participants on a USB stick. Beware, this is a 350 MB file!
The program can also be accessed through the conference app, as well as a wealth of information about the conference. The app will be regularly updated during the conference
We have teamed up with a German college specialized in media training (DEKRA Hochschule für Medien, Berlin) to create innovative media contents to report on the conference. You will see students with a label “DEKRA Team” roaming the conference making videos of the events, sessions and meetings. They might also spontaneously ask you to answer a couple of questions about your experience at the conference. A short video based on this content (best of the day) will be shown every morning prior to the plenary lecture. They will also release news and photos on social media. Let us know if you want us not to take pictures of you during the conference upon registration.
Press accreditation can be obtained by contacting Sina.Loeschke@awi.de
Participants will be provided with a free transportation ticket for the Potsdam area. Transport information and maps are available on the venue page:
We will host a lot of activities for Young Researchers.
