PERMALIST - The mailing list of the International Permafrost Association

Permalist is the distributed mailing list of the International Permafrost Association.

Registration is only possible by registration on the IPA website at:

Permalist is an unmoderated mailing list intended to communicate information between those studying and with interests in permafrost and periglacial processes. Any user posting inappropriate messages will be automatically excluded from the list. Examples of inappropriate messages are messages not immediately pertaining to the study of permafrost, non-professional messages, messages which are directed at one or a few individuals, unsolicited advertising of commercial products or messages that may be offensive to certain individuals or groups. The mailing list is for non-commercial use only. No virus warnings or chain mails will be tolerated.

To post a message to all the list members, simply send an email to permalist@tek.iarc.uaf.edu.
